Dipilto Regional is a blend created by Cafetos de Segovia in Nicaragua. Using the small lots from different farms, producers are able to combine their coffees for export. This is a common practice in Central and South America and it gives producers the opportunity to sell their smaller lots to the specialty coffee market. The producers benefit as the coffee can be sold at a better price rather than the lower priced, commodity coffee market.
