Limu coffee grows in the southwest of Ethiopia between 1100 and 1890 masl. Limu coffee (all washed) generally has a milder acidity than Sidama and Yirgacheffe; the flavor is generally characterized by a balanced and clean cup. Traditionally, Limu coffees marketed under that name have been processed washed.
It has come through the government-run ECX system which means we don’t have any very specific source information.
