The Pacas family not only grow exceptional coffees having won COE twice, but have also implemented excellent working conditions. The Apaneca Honey coffee allows specialty coffee farms to be sustainable by selling it at a price that makes its production profitable and thereby continue to produce and continuously improve its processing.
