The family is dedicated to improve coffee quality and the surrounding neighbourhood through social and educational projects. The farm is also dedicated to upgrade the coffee varieties, and they are currently planting Bourbons, Topaz, Catuais, Catucais and Acaias varieties. Pinhal farm maintains a shelter for birds hurt or in captivity and, in partnership with the local government environment department, takes care of them before releasing them back into nature.

This is my go-to bean. Great chocolate finish that is enjoyed by all the family. I roast in a Behmor using P3 auto profile and stop just at the first notes of second crack.

An amazing bean. Everything you expect in a coffee. Amazing fragrance, and a beautiful bold flavour. Enjoyed thoroughly in house household and will become our go-to.
