Barista Basics Milk Jug – 350ml / 12oz

The Barista Basics 12oz milk pitcher is made out of 18/8 food-grade stainless steel. This milk pitcher features a 1.3mm thick wall to ensure milk temperature stability, a precision spout for accurate latte art, and a large, reinforced handle for proper ergonomics and durability.

In a cafe environment, Barista would use this size Jug to pour latte art into a small sized cup (i.e. 8oz small single shot coffee).

In the industry we use these guides as the basic sizes that barista coffee milk jugs / milk pitchers come in eg. 350ml / 600ml / 900ml etc, in most cases they won’t fill to these exact volumes they are just indicators for comparing jug sizes. We have measured all jugs and complied approximate jug size based on water and milk, with recommended milk maximum fills generally to the base of the pour spout.
