Finca Santa Sofia is located in Canton Palo de Campana, Santa Ana. Has an altitude of 1,530 masl and tropical weather.
This is a very small farm: only 9.45 hectares. However, the quality of Bourbon that it produces is outstanding. It has volcanic soil and a hilly topography. Santa Sofia has been in our family for 5 generations. It was plated by my great grandfather, making this coffee very special and with a lot of history.
A total of 25 people work permanently at Finca Santa Sofia. They all have families that depend on their work at the farm for subsistence. As a company, Café Pacas is commited to providing them with good working conditions, decent wages, trainings, etc.
