The Producer: Arturo Meza Hill is a third generation coffee producer. His Great Grandfather was Mr. James Hill who started the mill J. Hill/Las Tres Puertas. Finca La Florida starts at 1500 masl and is located in the Apaneca/Ilamatepec mountain range.
Background: La Florida farm is located on the slopes of the Ilamtepec Volcano. It is owned by Aida Batlle. Aida spent time in the USA during unrest in El Salvador. She is a champion of good farming practice and her coffee won the inaugural El Salvador Cup of Excellence.
