Background: The micromill AGRIVID is located in the Tarrazu region of Costa Rica. It is run by a very small group of farmers who has been working hard to offer the highest qualities of coffee.
They go to great lengths to ensure proper processing for every coffee cherry, closely monitoring the picking, selection, and drying of this amazing coffee. Day by day, they work hard to be one of the top-tier micro-mills in Costa Rica.
Specifically this coffee is from La Violeta farm, the cherries were processed separately here due to the extraordinary flavours that this farm continues to create through their experienced soil management and cherry pickers.
