This 90 point Gesha is grown by Luis Anibal Calderon at Finca Villa Betulia. This coffee is harvested following strict ripeness criteria then exposed to a dry fermentation of 15 hours before being pulped. The coffee is then finally dried on raised beds to the ideal moisture content.
