Roasted as light espresso, the cup will be sweetly smooth. Brewed, Bruzzi will provide a well-balanced cup with mild to moderate acidity. A medium roast extracts a more rounded espresso with chocolate-caramel notes, and light acidity.
From Cerrado region in the state of Minas Gerais, the Daterra farm is huge and owned by Luis Norberto Pascoal. Made up of a large number of small farms utilises the micro climates in various parts of the estates to produce unique coffees.
These are then sorted and divided by coffee variety. Time and effort producing good quality coffee by looking after the plantations, the plant, the environment, nursery selection, cultivation, irrigation and their workers. This blended coffee is the final product of over 30 years work, watched constantly by scientists who measure soil acidity, rainfall and anything else that can be measured.
