Matagalpa enjoys a prefect climate with an ‘Eternal Spring’ – temperatures sitting between 26-28c year round. Most coffees come from a collection of small farms as each estate is usually only about 3 hectares in size.
The area is dependent on Ecotourism with nature walks, hike and excursions most popular.
