In the cup: Subtle lemon with pronounced blueberry and raspberry both in aroma and flavour. Sweet and clean.
Background: While typical of many Ethiopian coffees, this one cannot be tied down to any particular farm or even collective, it is a good example of natural processing, and we appreciate the balanced flavours that shine in a number of brew methods.
A dry processed coffee, where the fruit dries around the beans, originating in the south-central mountains south of Addis Abada.

I’ve bought this 3 times. Quality has varied each time, particularly in the size of the beans and ease of roasting.
