Pink Bourbon has been found to make a delicious single origin. It’s origin, however, has an element of mystery. It may a hybrid of red and yellow bourbon or a mutation of red bourbon. Seeds have been shared from Gabriel Castano in Tolima and some think this is where pink bourbon started. Others think a mutation took place at 2100m in San Adolf, Huila.
Nolberto and Rutber Quisabony have adjacent farms and both grown prink bourbon. This example is from Nolberto’s farm – El Diviso.
