Shipping Charges
Australia Post have just raised our shipping charges by just over 3%. We have contained that rise for some areas, but unfortunately we have to pass it on for many areas. This is in keeping with our transparency policy of charging what we are charged for shipping, plus a small amount for packing materials.
In addition, we have had lots of problems with the 5kg Fastway satchels- mainly due to there being no local Fastway agent, leading to long pickup times. So we are about to swap over to the new Aust Post 5Kg satchel. It costs a little more, but the good news is that they are deliverable anywhere in Australia that Aust Post services, including PO Boxes. Overall, a positive improvement.
