Testimonials

I am an avid fan of the AeroPress but found I was using paper filters at an alarming rate. I heard that metal filters were available so I searched high and low to find one. No store where I lived had them and I turned to the internet. After searching through numerous sites I found Ministry of Grounds. They had what I wanted, at a great price, in stock and with free shipping!  Neil from Ministry of Grounds kept in contact every step of the way with my purchase. My filter arrived a few days latter and I couldn't be happier.  Thanks to the team at Ministry of Grounds. Zinzan

Brazil, El Salvador, Rwanda, Bolivia, Yirgacheffe, Costa Rica, Kenya, Guatemala, Indonesia, Ethiopia, Burundi, ... (just to list the cards in my top drawer) Very different coffees from around the world, different tastes and yet all absolutely amazing and delicious. Truly ethically sourced, a little 'card' [with the specialty coffee sub club] with a short history and description of the coffee farm that the beans come from, delivered (to the door!) in a timely manner, all backed by a most pleasant and delightful man indeed. I really can't imagine getting my coffee in any better way, short of visiting the farms myself every fortnight. Thank you, Neil. I'm extremely grateful for your service. As are all the mouths that say "Yum!" when they visit our house.

  • This Tata Estate Monssoned Malabar is our replacement for the legendary Coelho's Gold MM - sadly no longer available since the death of the owner in 2010. It is a classic Monsooned Malabar - not well regarded as a single origin, but a very worthy addition to many blends, adding body, richness and that certain MM 'funkiness'.
