The best decaf I've tasted. Most people won't know it's a decaf! A smooth, pleasant cup, lacking a little in high notes, but very good as an early morning or late night cup.

It's a special blend of unwashed Brazil, washed Colombian arabica & washed Guatemala SHB that works well as plunger or espresso.

It's smooth and sweet, but with a bright and fruity edge that the Ethiopian and Kenyan gives.
This blends works very nicely with both espresso and plunger.

This is a very good Central American coffee. It's sweet, medium bodied. Aroma is typical Central 'nutty' but with some chocolate and orange to prepare you for the dark chocolate and creamy/silky mouth feel with some caramel notes and a lingering and zesty orange acidity.

Overall: A complex cup, sweet fruit, citrus brightness, roasted nuts.

This is a perfect 'stand-alone' single origin cup. There is a lot in these small beans. Also well suited to high-grade espresso blend use, where this Peaberry, brings forward unique flavour complexities in a blend.
It balances well with other origins for a lively blend.
Highly aromatic, exotic flavours and silky smooth textures abound. Chocolate notes.

This is quite different to the softer, more rounded drink from the Swiss Water blend we sell. This is a single origin which is clean and bright, with medium body and mild, citrus acidity. It is sweet and very well balanced.

Naturally, and beautifully sweet, with distinct chocolate or caramel tones on the back of the palate. On the front, there is a distinct, lively but not too aggressive berry fruitiness. Order this coffee a week ahead of when you want to drink it, as it needs 7 days 'rest' post-roast.
